What you'll be doing
- —Manage customer support by responding to inquiries, handling returns, exchanges, order issues, and delivery concerns
- —Manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including seasonal campaigns and automated flows
- —Monitor and improve customer and email performance through feedback, testing, and ongoing optimisation
- —Collaborate with the team to improve processes and ensure customer communications consistently reflect the brand’s values and tone
