What you'll be doing
- —Analyse user journeys and website performance to identify UX issues, friction points, and conversion opportunities
- —Develop and manage CRO initiatives by prioritising opportunities, creating hypotheses, and recommending data-backed improvements
- —Plan and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to measure what works and continuously improve website performance
- —Use analytics and customer behaviour data to improve conversions, bookings, customer quality, and overall commercial performance
