End-to-end payroll processing role covering salary calculations, compliance, employee queries, and month-end reconciliation for an Australian business.
What you'll be doing
- —Process and review payroll for staff, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements
- —Maintain payroll records, verify timesheets and leave data, and ensure compliance with payroll, tax, and employment regulations
- —Respond to employee payroll inquiries, explain payslips and deductions, and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly
- —Reconcile payroll reports with accounting records, support month-end and year-end processes, and improve payroll systems, accuracy, and efficiency
