What you'll be doing
- —Provide technical support to Shopify merchants via live chat and email, resolving app installation and configuration issues
- —Troubleshoot and customise Shopify themes, including editing Liquid templates, CSS, and app integration files
- —Diagnose and resolve conflicts between the app and third-party Shopify apps or themes to ensure seamless functionality
- —Test fixes, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver clear, professional communication to merchants throughout the support process
