Senior Accountant

What you'll be doing

• —Own accounts payable and receivable in Oracle NetSuite: process supplier invoices with three-way matching, run weekly AP payments and ABA files, apply customer receipts, and chase overdue accounts
• —Deliver month-end close within 5 business days: full bank and credit card reconciliations, all journals (accruals, payroll, depreciation, FX revaluation, keg deposits, CDS levy), and subledger-to-GL reconciliation
• —Prepare indirect tax and payroll workings: monthly BAS (GST, WET, PAYG), NZ GST returns, and payroll journals from Employment Hero reconciled to bank and payroll totals
• —Communicate proactively via Teams: daily updates on transactions and pending items, plus weekly finance summaries on AP due, AR overdue, and open returns
