What you'll be doing
- —Maintain accurate financial records for the Australian and Singapore entities, including daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
- —Manage accounts payable and receivable including invoicing, payments, credit cards, expenses, and petty cash
- —Prepare financial reports and support compliance including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting requirements
- —Support financial operations and leadership by monitoring cash flow, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and coordinating with accountants and auditors
