Rostering Coordinator – NDIS
Philippines (Remote)
Build compliant fortnightly rosters for SIL homes and community disability services, coordinate shift coverage, and support daily timesheet checks for payroll.
What you'll be doing
- —Build and manage fortnightly rosters across SIL homes and community disability services, filling shift gaps up to seven days ahead
- —Handle sick leave, cancellations and urgent replacements by calling, texting and emailing support workers to lock in coverage
- —Apply the SCHADS Award to keep every roster compliant, and check timesheets against shifts daily for payroll
- —Work with Operations and HR to match support workers to participants based on skills, experience and fit
What you'll bring
- —2–3 years of rostering experience with Australian clients, ideally in NDIS or aged care
- —Able to travel to the Manila office twice a year
