Manage payables and receivables, reconcile accounts across three entities, support compliance and month-end close, and maintain finance processes.
What you'll be doing
- —Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier bills, payments, and non-Stripe transactions
- —Perform monthly reconciliations across Xero, bank accounts, Airwallex, and Stripe for all three entities
- —Manage financial compliance and month-end close, including BAS, inter-company loans, and payroll
- —Maintain accurate financial documentation and processes, including SOPs and records across Xero, Stripe Billing, Airwallex, Gusto, and ClickUp
