Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions, administer contracts and commercial risks, coordinate project documentation, and improve estimating and project systems throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll be doing
- —Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions by completing quantity take-offs, building bills of quantities (BOQs), pricing labour, plant and materials, and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotes.
- —Manage contracts and commercial risks by reviewing contracts, identifying risks, and administering progress claims, variations, extensions of time (EOTs), and notices.
- —Coordinate project documentation and schedules by maintaining construction programmes, RFIs, correspondence, compliance records, and document registers.
- —Develop and improve estimating and project systems while collaborating with directors, subcontractors, clients, and the project delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.
