What you'll be doing
- —Source and identify qualified trades candidates using SEEK, Bullhorn, Boolean searches, and direct sourcing tools
- —Conduct candidate outreach and phone screening to assess suitability and capture detailed candidate information
- —Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple live roles, keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- —Support the recruitment desk with market intelligence and job advertising, providing qualified candidates and relevant labour market insights to consultants
